When the design phase is completed and the order
placed, these are programmed into the computer software
managing the CAPM.
This operation then begins execution of all the
purchasing and production stages.
The software distributes the production tasks work
station, per island and production family.
When this phase is completed, the production phase
as such may begin: preparation and assembly of the
sheet metal.
The software informs the methods office of the number
of hours to be spent on each phase.
Then the surface treatment of certain products must
be carried out.
All this is followed by the shipping and invoicing
phases with all associated tasks: packaging, exceptional
transport...
